Only 4 people including you will share the house, 2 have their own bathrooms and all have lockable bedrooms.
Presently all let to professionals.

The area is village like and a mix of people , some working associated with Heathrow which is quite close by.

Be quick if you want a nice place to live. Normally the 1st to see it takes it. Not accepting couples.

Landlord is not resident at the house .

The house has a big common lounge and dining area with a very modern kitchen with new worktops and hob and a separate downstairs shower and toilet.

There is some off street parking, but there is plenty of FREE parking available on the roads outside.(unlike Windsor town centre)

The housemates share all utility bills, including broadband which are approx £ 50 month ( Variable according to usage)

It's a nice quiet place that sits back from the main road, backing onto a huge parkland. Not overlooked and nice atmosphere and village like surroundings.

This part of OLD WINDSOR is more village like quiet but is still very well connected to the M25, M4, and A30.

Bus connection to Heathrow, Slough etc and train connections from Egham or Windsor. The busy shops, cafes and bars of Windsor are just moments away, along with the train stations of Windsor. Windsor Great Park, Virginia Water Lake, Savill Gardens are also close by.

All of the existing housemates have been there for quite some time and all get along well , so it must be a nice place to live.
