One double bedroom with all bills included

I have a double room available for a single person which is fully modernised with its own TV with DVD. All bills included and fast internet. Parking is within close reach from the house. The new refurbished bathroom with main jaguzzi bath is only shared between you and the other tenant. The house has gone through major modernization with fantastic kitchen facilities. There is also a spare toilet. I prefer to have professional persons who wants stability.
