Sociable House Looking For New Flatmate.

We are looking for a laid back house mate and is someone who is preferably sociable and willing to meet new people. The room is a small double room with large windows to the front of the property on the second floor. Within the house we have broadband and also sky tv. We will consider short and long term tenants. We would also prefer the new house mate to have an interest in sport as both current house mates take a keen interest in sport.
