Double Furnished Room - House Share

Double room available in my own home in the lovely village Pangbourne, The property is a four bedroom semi-shared bathroom but additional downstairs cloakroom. I will be spending some time away and my son who is training to be an airline pilot is in residence sometimes, his girlfriend visits some weekends, we are a friendly, spirited, educated and worldly bunch enjoying good food, conversation and all the usual stuff! The house is in good and tidy condition, well equipped with Internet, TV, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Dryer, large garden backing onto fields and views of Sulham Woods. Great walking and cycling oportunities. Parking. Single person only. There is no garage but there would be room in the large shed for a bicicle. I like the home to be kept clean and reasonably tidy. I havnt shown a picture of the bedroom because I have to carpet and finish.
