Large Double Rm Pangbourne 8mins to Reading

Large double bedroom in a well kept 3 bed mid-terraced house in Pangbourne, less than a minute walk to the village & river, 4 minutes to the train station.
Reading is 8 mins on the train.

I am in my 30's i work a lot so i am not home a great deal. I would like someone to move in who is mature, friendly and respectful and I like the house to be clean and tidy.
I have a small very lazy French bulldog I also have a cat whos not home often so if you like animals that's a bonus.

As well as the rent i would ask you pay £30 a month for the cleaner.

The room is a large double room, furniture in the room - four poster king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

I am afraid the house isn't suitable for someone who works from home or someone who has a partner or friends to stay
£495 a month Monday - friday or Sunday - Thursday. Includes bills and broadband.
