Looking for a quiet place, close to town and the station? You’re in the right place! The house is in a quiet street close to Reading train station (5 mins walk), it's also close (easy walking distance) to the town centre and Caversham centre. The place is well equipped with wireless broadband, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. We also have a weekly cleaner, the cost of which is included in the rent.

The room is large, approx 4m x 3.5m and is clean & bright with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, desk and bookshelves.

On street permit parking is available and the house has a garden.

The other tenants are friendly & considerate & it’s a quiet peaceful home.
