Double Room in Central Reading

Hello!

My two lovely housemates are planning to move out in April, so I’m looking to fill two rooms in this friendly 3-bed flat. The house is in a really great location: nice and central (only a 10 - 15 walk into the town centre, and 15- 20 minutes from Reading Station) but on a quiet road. We are also on the right side of town for Reading West train station (10 minute walk).

This second floor flat is extremely spacious, with a large communal lounge (with TV and dining table), a bathroom (with bath/shower), and a good sized kitchen (with large oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer machine and breakfast bar). The bedroom is sizeable, with a wardrobe and bed. There are windows in every room, and ample power sockets.

The room will be £450 a month, with total bills coming to around £70 a month.

The contract ends at the beginning of November, but there will be the potential to stay in the property longer if you fancy that once the time comes around! There is a £650 deposit and a £240 referencing fee.

And then there's me! I’m a young male professional (23), who enjoys having a friendly flat to come back to after work. I’m clean but not aggressively so, and I like socialising while still respecting everyone’s need for space. I love cooking, but the kitchen has the biggest oven I've ever seen so there shouldn’t be an issue with space! Looking for someone with a good sense of humour who wants to find somewhere they can feel at home. I look forward to meeting you!
