I have a fully-furnished double-room in my mid-terrace house available for rent.
The house has a shared lounge and dining room. The bathroom and the kitchen are both newly refurbished and there is a small south-facing garden with a shed. The house is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre (or buses run from outside the house!). Rent is £500 a month (or £116 a week) which includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license and broadband) as well as a fortnightly cleaner.
I am the landlord and live in Kent - but am available 24/7 for any issues. You will be sharing the house with two young professionals who you will meet when viewing the property. Hopefully you are a non-smoker who is looking for a friendly, sociable place to live!
