I have a furnished double room in a beautiful 4 bed Victorian house in Reading. Parking on the driveway and the road is free. It has a large kitchen and dining area with 52inch tv and Sky tv included. The property is a 10 min walk from Early train station and Junction 10 on the M4 allowing for easy transport links as well as being a short walk away from the no 17 bus which goes into Reading. There is a local shop, Co-Op, BP garage, Three Tuns pub and takeaways all within 5 minutes walk. Palmer park (which has a gym) and University area also with walking distance. All Bills are included (Water, Gas, Electric, Broadband and Sky) I am looking for someone easy-going, tidy and professional to rent the room.
