Accommodation would suit a student (post graduate preferred) of Reading University or a young professional. We are experienced in welcoming and supporting our lodger-guests and we would enjoy a friendship with the right person. We would prefer a female as family and other lodger in the home are all female,.

Access to beautiful garden. Situated on a peaceful dead-end road, 15min walk from University of Reading (inc. local nature reserves) and 20min walk to Earley railway station (trains to Reading, Wokingham and London). Very frequent bus links to Reading town centre. Very convenient (5min walk) local shops (Tesco, laundrette, takeaway). 20min walk to major supermarket (Asda, M&S) + leisure centre (swimming pool, gym) + McDonalds, Costa etc.

Kitchen includes fridge + freezer; induction hob + extractor fan; cupboards and shelves; sink and draining board; microwave oven and ample electrical sockets (for rice cookers and mobile device charging, etc.). Attractive bathroom is shared with family and comprises a bath, high-pressure shower, wash-hand basin, toilet and personal storage cupboard. Usage will be subject to some time restrictions at popular times. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed with bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, single wardrobe, desk and chair. Good view out of the front of the house (NE facing, sun in mornings).
