There are only 4 rooms in total in this professional house share. 3 are double (but for single occupation only) with the last one being a single room. One of the doubles is available.

One of the doubles has an en suite (this room is taken) leaving the bathroom shared by only 3 people. There is a separate downstairs toilet should the communal bathroom be occupied.

The house has been completely refurbished and redecorated during 2019 and each of the rooms is fully furnished. The available room has a 4’6" (double) orthopaedic mattress, large 3-door wardrobe with full length mirror, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and desk/chair.

There are many extra’s that you won’t notice such as brand new energy efficient windows, very super-efficient radiators, underfloor and wall insulation for heating and noise dampening. There are also lots of plug sockets!

The brand new kitchen is packed with all the essentials you need: ample storage, 2x fridge-freezer (i. e you only have to share with 1 other person), microwave, electric oven, gas hob & extractor, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils.

The lounge has a communal 55” TV with Netflix and a breakfast/dining room table that seats 4. There is couch seating for 5 for movie evenings and weekend sports watching.

The rear garden area is perfect for summer evenings and weekends BBQ. There is a secure metal storage locker for a bike.

LOCATIONL The house is short walk (5-10 minutes depending on where you going) into Reading town centre and just under 15 minutes to the train station. It is also near several bus routes. There is a busy and popular Tesco off licence a block and a half away (less then 5 minutes). There are 4 or 5 off licences all within a 3-4 minute walk.

Sadly, there is no parking with the room due to the central location of the property.

RENT INCLUDES: council tax, all utilities, unlimited broadband, Netflix and a fortnightly professional cleaner.

HOUSE MATES: One room is taken my a office professional, one that works in retail and the third house mate is an IT professional.
