I am an easy going guy with a double room to rent in a large three storey three bedroom town house in Woodley, Reading.

The house comprises of a large kitchen and toilet on the ground floor.
The bedroom for rent, bathroom and lounge on the first floor.
Two bedrooms with ensuite on the second floor.

I use the kitchen as a lounge most of the time as I'm too lazy to walk up the stairs to the lounge.

So the rented room pretty much has its own floor with bathroom next door that I very rarely use, as I have my own ensuite.

The house has off road parking and is only a 5 minute drive from the A329/ M4. Only a 3 minute walk to Earley train station which has a 5 minute journey time to Reading.

The bedroom comes furnished inc. double bed, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with bathroom next door. The house has wireless broadband access.
