The house has a cosy basement living room, large kitchen with garden access, 2 modern bathrooms and an easily-maintained outside space perfect for barbecues. There is on-street parking (permit easily obtained) and it is less than ten minutes’ walk from the train station. Bills are approximately £110 each per month in winter (less in summer) and this includes the usual utilities but also Broadband. The available room is a double and there are a further 3 bedrooms in the property.
