Mature professionals also considered.
House in a quiet area and with access to town by bus number 5.
The house has a big kitchen and a garden.
10 minutes walk to University of Reading and 15 minutes to Royal Berkshire Hospital.
We would require a tenant who is willing to respect house rules such as cleaning after cooking, taking bin out when full, clean the bathroom regularly, hoover and clean the communal areas, etc.

Kitchen/sitting area available in the ground floor.
Garden furniture available.

We have a cat and a young baby, we would appreciate if the future tenant is animal lover and doesn’t mind seeing a baby around :)
