I am a professional working in Slough / London. I recently purchased a two-bedroom flat and am looking to rent out the spare room on a long-term basis.

One room is currently occupied by an existing tenant, and as I will be working full time in London, I am renting out my room.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and a double wardrobe.

The flat is conveniently located around a 10-minute walk from Reading town. There is no allocated parking, but parking may be available in the surrounding area, or it may be possible to rent a space from a neighbouring flat. A bike shed is available for cyclists.

Rent includes all bills.
