Large modern house with just 1 Person ! RDG WEST

Hello Hello,

I am looking to rent out my spare room again, in my 3 bedroom end off terrace in Reading West.

The house is massive for just myself and whoever may move into the large 2nd fully furnished double room to replace my wonderful lodger. I have owned the house for 6years and always had a lodger so nothing new.

The 3rd bedroom is converted into an office which also has a sofa bed should any of us have any Guest's staying. This room will never be rented out and will only be 2 of us living here in total.

The house had been professionally decorated with new carpets & flooring laid throughout..

Upstairs has the 3 bedrooms & a bathroom with shower, bath & toilet.

Downstairs is extremely spacious with Kitchen, downstairs toilet, separate dining room & separate living room. This gives loads of unwinding space and we never feel on top of each other like most house shares.

Got a decent sized garden which is very private and catches the sun the most of the day. Garden has actually just been re paved for next summer & BBQ'S.

I have an amazing cleaner that comes every Monday for 1.5 hours. She’s blitz the whole house & keeps on top of everything.

A little bit about me:

My names Kasper i am 34 years old half Danish & Half english and originally from Reading, I work for an Australian cosmetics company as a country manager which i love and i am home based.
When Covid has passed a little bit more, ill be travelling the country more & more and staying away a fair bit. I am super relaxed and love a good laugh. I am a retired party animal and surprisingly loving getting older and boring. Therefore i am looking for like minded working professional who feel the same.

I have an amazing large breed dog who everybody adores called Kaiser. He’s sleeps all day & doesn’t bark & will accept any fuss sent his way. His domain is the Kitchen & Dining room area. If he’s invited to another part of the house he happily join you.

When i travel for work i generally take home with me, even on day trips to my meetings..

I try to cook fresh meals every evening. I am happy to share if the dynamic is right, but equally happy not too.

I play Tennis, Swim & Gym on a weekly basis motivation pending.
