Double room in established house share

We have a room available in our 4 bed established house share. Its a good size room. Currently has a double bed in it, but if you have your own stuff thats cool too, and it can be offered unfurnished. This is a house share so we are looking for someone who will join in. House currently has 3 in it (2 guys and one woman). We have all lived together for a good while, so the house has a relaxed vibe. House has a communal lounge, bathroom and separate downstairs loo, a good sized garden which is great, and limited off road parkin. Parking is shared with our next door neighbours. House is walking distance from Reading town centre (about 10 mins). Professionals preferred. Please no time wasters. Thank you.
