Double room in established house share

We have a room available in our 4 bed established house share. Its a good size room, currently with a double bed in it, but if you have your own stuff thats cool too. This is a house share so we are looking for someone who will join in. House currently has 4 in it (3 guys and 1sheila :-)) but unfortunately we’re losing 1. We have all lived together for a good while, so the house has a relaxed vibe. House has a communal lounge, bathroom and separate downstairs loo, a good sized garden which we make use of and limited off road parking which is shared with our next door neighbours. House is walking distance from Reading town centre (about 10 mins). Professionals preferred, but mature students also welcome. Please no time wasters. Thank you.
