We have a 12.5ft x 11ft double room to let in a quiet shared house, available now. Female tenant preferred, would suit mature student or professional.

It is a spacious double room on the top floor, furnished with a double bed, desk & walk-in wardrobe ('Front Bedroom' on the pictures attached).

We have a large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and plenty of fridge space; also a garden; broadband; parking is available with a permit.

We are located within walking distance of the university, town centre, A34, railway station, buses, Tesco superstore, Royal Berkshire hospital, Reading College, parks, river and local shops.

To share with 1 female and 2 males (and 1 cat!). Must be clean & tidy and speak good English. A deposit is required, fully returnable provided one month's notice is given and the room & contents are left clean and undamaged. Rent for upcoming month is due by the 27th of the preceding month. Please note that the price will increase in line with the next energy bill rise.
