There is also an off road parking space is required and a good sized sunny garden.

It is a lovely large bright double room with a lot of wardrobe space and desk and chair also provided. The rent is £700 a month and is available from 1st June.

The rents include ALL bills and WiFi and my minimum contract term is 6 months.
