I have a room available in the flat I am renting that will be free from the end of July. The flat has two bedrooms / two bathrooms, is a 10 minute walk from the Reading train station and is next door to the 24h Tesco in Luscinia View. There is a dedicated parking space for our flat. The rent is £1180 (so £590 each) not including bills and council tax.
About me: I have a full time job in tech and travel in my spare time. I'm easygoing, sociable and enjoy spending time with people. Would definitely be up for having movie / wine nights and making the flat as homely as possible. My request is that the person who joins me next year in the flat helps me keep the communal areas clean and tidy. :)
