It has in fact not been used by anyone else but a lodger for more than the last 4 years now.

Local shops including a Co-Op only 3 minutes drive away, or 15 minutes on foot. Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell are all easily accessible by car. There is also a bus service all the way to Reading train station, and Wokingham town centre.

Many people have possessions they may wish to just store somewhere for safe keeping. I have some storable that can be used for such items that are rarely needed.
