Bedsitting room in house

Hello!,

I am a private landlord and I have a thoroughly clean, non-smoking bedsitting room in Earley, not far from the University of Reading, Royal Berkshire Hospital and Reading Business Park. The house is on the no. 17 bus route and is a 10 minute ride into the town center.

I rent individual rooms to post graduates and "professionals". I appeal to individuals requiring clean, tidy quiet accommodation. Party animals and non house proud people please look elsewhere.

The room is approximately 3m x 5m and contains a kitchenette.

A separate communal bathroom is shared between three bedsitting rooms.
