Double-bed room in nice area

I'm currently a tenant at the property looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving out.

My ideal housemate would be interested in occasionally socialising - e. g watching films/playing games/cooking together.
Its always nice to expand my social circle!
But we would of course also respect each other's independence and privacy.

Its a maisonette with one floor of a building including its own entrance. The heating and hot water are both really good.

The location (Kendrick Road) is good, it being a close walk to town and the University. The building complex has some nice green areas.

There's a large living room with sofas and a big table which is good for having people over for dinner (or board games) when that stuff is allowed.

Kitchen is a decent size, containing oven, hob, toaster, kettle. We have a washing machine and dryer.

Bathroom/Toilet is shared but your room has its own sink. Bathroom has a bath and shower.

The flat also has 2 utility closets and a loft for storage.
