Double room in central Reading

I have a double room to rent in the flat I am living in. It is located in the Reading town centre, in the very nice Castle Street Conservation Area, close to the station, shops and a nice walking path along the canal.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk (not in the picture). The price is 560 £.

The room will be available from 1st June. Viewings are available (also virtual).

The property is finished to a high standard and comprises a spacious living room, a large kitchen and a bathroom.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone planning to stay at least six months, a non smoker.

I am a sociable person, meteorologist by profession and in my free time I enjoy anything regarding nature/outdoor, music, sports and food.
