I have my own lovely dog and look after them for a living, so there are usually a few good dogs here! Of course, this bedroom can be out of bounds to them, but looking for someone who sees dogs as a bonus.

The home has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, lounge living area and a sunny garden so there is plenty of room. On-street permit parking available.

Sharing with myself as a female live-in landlord in my 30’s and one other person, who is genuinely rarely here. 3 people in total.
