Single room in a new development property.

The property is located in a beautiful new development within 20 mins from Oracle and Train station. Bus stop two minutes from the house.
Room is available end of August 2024
The room has been used by my son and has Spider-Man stickers on the wall.
It will be painted.

We are a family of five.
We have three boys 9, 16, 19.
We are both working parents.
We are muslims and only allow halal food. Alcohol, pork and smoking is not allowed in the house.
Single bed will be available in the room. There is a shared bathroom but no kitchen. Microwave and fridge available.
