A beautiful double bedroom is available in a 4 bedroom house.

I have recently refurbished an attractive 4 bedroom semi-detached property walking distance to Reading station and the River Thames to an exceptional standard. 3 of the 4 rooms are already occupied.

The whole house has been completely refurbished so all paintwork, furnishings and carpets are new as well as all the furniture.

It is an all girls house and will always be, so I am preferably looking for girls who are relaxed and social and who wish to live in a fun all female house.

We have one room available immediately at £820 (inclusive of all bills, with the price fixed for the duration of the tenancy agreement). The room comes with a double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are also no referencing or agency fees to be paid.

The house has 3 bathrooms (one bath with stand in shower and one shower room, both shared between 4 tenants), and 1 WC upstairs. There is a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, both of which are a good size. The property has a lovely large garden to the rear with side access as well as storage for bikes in a secure shed at the back of the garden.

There is internet throughout the house (via WiFi) and a tv point in every bedroom. The property is alarmed as well as having panic buttons on both floors in case of emergency.

The property itself is close to and within walking distance from Reading station and Reading town centre which provides excellent rail links into London (Paddington) and out towards the South West. Reading University, the Royal Berkshire Hospital and Thames Valley Business Park are all within a short drive or cycle.

The property is a 50 metre walk from a bus stop that provides buses into Reading town centre - taking less than 10 minutes, and coming every 20 minutes. The property is only a 10 minute walk from Caversham, which houses a Waitrose, Costa, pharmacy, post office, dry cleaners, beauty parlour and numerous restaurants. The property is also within a 2 minute walk to a lovely park with great access to footpaths along the river.
