This room is room number 7 located on the first floor of this incredible house. The room is located towards the rear of the house and is lovely and quiet.

The room has large double bed, mattress, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk & chair and 32" smart TV. There is a large en-suite bathroom with waterfall shower, bathroom storage and a heated towel rail.

The house is purpose built to accommodate multiple people. and has a large kitchen. It is lovely and modern and kept in immaculate condition by all tenants.
The house has 2 kitchens one on the ground floor (this rooom would use tehground floor) and one on the first floor.

The kitchen has all appliances included with two hobs and ovens 2 fridge freezers, microwaves, toaster, kettle. There is also washing machine and dryer. We also provide drying racks if you prefer to dry your clothes this way. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and storage and is primarily used by yourself and 3 others as two of the rooms have there own mini kitchenettes.

There is a large dining table with smart TV. This is the perfect relaxing area, or somewhere to eat or can even be used to work at if required.

The garden is a large astroturfed area perfect for summer, with lovely rattan garden furniture.

There is a driveway which operates as first come first serve, however the road itself has no parking restrictions meaning there is always free parking available.
