There is also a large driveway for parking for 2 cars. This is offered on a first come first serve basis however the road itself has no parking restrictions so parking facilities are excellent.

STUDIO 6 :
The studio is one of the largest in the house. It is located on the second floor with its own staircase. It faces the rear of the house with the window overlooking the gorgeous garden. The room has plenty of light in the day and is a cosy bedroom when the bespoke black out blind is drawn. There is a large, upholstered midnight navy double bed. The room will come with the bed and mattress however bedding is not provided. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only. The 32” Smart Tv is located directly in front of the bed perfect for bedtime viewing.

WORKSTATION AREA:
There is an industrial style desk with caged workstation lamp. This is next to the bed so can also be used as a bedside table. The desk is a great size and comes with a wooden comfortable chair.
LOUNGE: The room has its own mini sofa perfectly positioned in the room facing the TV. This provides an additional space to relax and wind down.

STORAGE:
The room has sooo much storage with built in double wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. One side has two rails and the other has handmade compartments perfect for folded clothes. Along with this there is a large chest of drawers, which perfectly match the interior design.

WOW, the en-suite must be the best part. This floor to ceiling marble tiled bathroom is one of a kind. There is a built in mirror with glass grey vanity unit, perfect for storage. The shower has sliding doors with great pressure rainfall shower head and detachable hose.

STUDIO KITCHEN:
The studio has its own kitchenette separate from the the bed area which is a stunning teal colour. There is microwave, toaster, kettle, mini fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer and full oven with hob.

This studio is entirely self-contained and there is nothing it doesn’t have. Despite this you still have full use of the communal areas and garden. This includes all communal appliances and fridge freezer.

The Property:
This house has 6 rooms, Room 1, Room 3, Room 5 & Room 6 are all studios with their own kitchenettes. Room 6,3 & 5 all have their own oven so are completely self-contained. These kitchenettes include built in microwave, mini fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cupboards and storage sink and washer-dryer.

Communal Areas:
The house has amazing, shared facilities, The communal area has a bespoke upholstered seating bench in a stunning midnight navy. There is then a cut to size dining table in industrial wood. This area is perfect for eating meals and unwinding or can be used for work. There is a 32" Smart Tv also.
The communal; area has a back door leading out to the paved path and then into the garden.

The communal and kitchen are both finished with white marble flooring, making it not only look sleek but easy to keep clean.

There is a large utility cupboard built in the back wall of the communal which has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. All tenants have full use of these however rooms 2 & 4 are the only rooms without their own.

The communal then links onto the shared kitchen. This has HUUUGE amounts of storage. There is a lush teal wrap around kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink. The kitchen back wall has tall larder units where we have one side full height fridge, one side full height freezer. There is so much space.

We have provided some crockery, plates, bowls, cups to begin with but we always recommend to get your own.

The garden is a great size, it has a large patio with high end grey slabs which run all the way down to the driveway.
