Double room & Lounge walking distance to Reading .

The room is in a large Victorian semi detached house overlooking the garden. It is 5 mins walk from Reading West station, giving you easy access to Reading and London 3 min to Reading centre. There are also regular buses: Reading West has all the amenities: curry houses, large Tescos, Lidl is 5 mins walk.

The room has a double bed has wifi. It is quiet at night as you are at the back of the house. There is a large bathroom with a power shower and a freestanding bath. As well as the double room you would also have exclusive use of a lounge with a smart tv. The kitchen/diner is well equipped but would be a shared space.


Most of the time you would be sharing the house with me as the landlord. I work from home so the house is occupied:

We are an easy going friendly and quiet household. On occasion my daughter comes back from uni for the weekend.
We have off-street parking available too which is included.

Bills are included in the rental price.
