Large Double Room £650 inc. Bills

We have a large light-filled room on the first floor of our spacious house. The room is furnished, with a double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and desk. Room is well insulated from noise and is also nice and warm. The house in general is a spacious 4-bed and atmosphere is relaxed. You'll be sharing a bathroom with myself (f) and husband.

As our lodger, you'll have shared access to the kitchen, kitchen storage, washing machine, dining room (TV in the dining room) and also use of our large south facing-garden.

We'll consider Long-Term, Short-term lets or 7-day and Mon-Fri long term lodger arrangements. Also if you'd like daily evening meals to be prepared for you, this can be done for an additional fee.

The house is located in the Southcote area of Reading, with free on road and off-road parking.
There are various transport options - Frequent busses into town and Reading main station leave from bus stops on our road or on the bath road (avg. 5-10 mins journey). Also it's a short 10 minute walk to Reading West station for trains to Newbury and West Country.

Ideally we'd prefer professionals or mature students. We will need character/ work references.
