Other Occupants in the house are 1 adult and 2 children - generally a quiet household as we are in and out all week. It's perfect for a student needing privacy and somewhere to study.
Access to kitchen, downstairs shower room and 2 toilets (one toilet for tenant) access to dining room with a smart TV.
Bills and broadband included.
And the occasional delicious home cooked meals!
On street parking, permit easily available.
Don't mind a female who wants to keep to herself or is happy to become a friendly member of the household.
Must be clean and tidy. Pets are considered but owner must clean after them !
Close to Reading University, and Reading Town centre, reading train station, good access , shops and takeaways nearby all walking distance.
