Like-minded lodger for a new, cosy, furnished flat

**Current status: Preferred Mon-Fri or a short let. No parking available the moment. However, long term tenancy is also possible, I'd like to connect with prospective lodgers**

I have a spare room in my new build, fully furnished, cosy flat and I'm seeking a like-minded, friendly, non-smoker professional lodger or post graduate student, short or long term.

Since Reading is a last station on Elizabeth line, the location is great to commute around or London, the station and bus stop few minutes away and access to central Reading is quick. Amenities like a gym, restaurant and local supermarket are expected in the coming months. There is a concierge, bike parking and possible car parking in future with additional pay.

The double room is available to rent. It has been furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table chairs, and chester drawers. I've got most of the kitchen items but there is enough space for your own stuff. Facilities includes broadband, a washing machine with a dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dining table, sofa-bed etc.

I expect tidy, respectful, peaceful tenants. I'm happy to socialize in my free time or explore around at the same time I will ensure you get your own space.

It's a lodger/guest option unlike AST, give me a shout if it matches your expectations, and we can talk about tenure, rent if you want weekly or Mon-Fri basis.
