Large Ensuit Bedrooms

Hi there,

I have one nice and large, fully furnished bedroom with ensuit shower room and dressing room (bedroom 1). Another large bedroom with own bathroom (bedroom 2). The bathroom is on the ground floor. I might use it if I am in the house. All rooms have bed, wardrobe, desk, chair etc.

The house has washing machine with dryer, dish washer, 65inch TV, TV licence, etc. There will be only two girls living in the house.

Water, wifi, council tax are included in the rent. Only gas and electricity are paid by the two rooms because it depends on usuage.

I changed my job to another city but kept the room on groundfloor for myself and my stuff. I will be barely in the house.
