Two lovely rooms in our friendly shared house!

TL; DR - Three rooms available (two doubles and a single), all bills included, move in date 01/07/24. The landlord is trying to sell the house so it may be available for a while but contract will be on a month by month basis. I have videos of the rooms on request!

We are a group of three, we lived in this house for a year with three others but they have now moved out. The landlord is trying to sell the house and we've been offered to stay on on a monthly basis until she sells it. We have three spare rooms we hope to fill. The house has lots of space (three bathrooms), an enormous garden and benefits from a superb location, directly between the centre of Reading and the university, on a beautiful tree-lined (quiet) street. The price includes 1GB internet speed so if you stream/game a lot or need to upload large files you won't have a problem.. The bottom room in the video wasa bedroom but it's now the sitting room.

We'll probably be hard at work a lot of the time as our courses/jobs are fairly intensive but we also enjoy having parties and social gatherings, as well as going to the pub. Most of us love to cook and one of us is a cocktail aficionado so expect communal meals and barbecues with lots of making use of the great kitchen and outdoor space this place has to offer. A few of us are fairly sporty, ranging from running to cycling to skateboarding. We usually also get together at some point in the week to watch a tv series or film.

It's council tax band E and as two of us are professionals and one is a part time student we split the council tax as a house, this is included in the price of the room so you won't need to pay any extra, just to give you full transparency.
