Building has 2 very large communal gardens, front and back, with a private balcony within the apartment - there is parking available, which is permitted and the permit comes with the tenancy.
Small pets allowed (hamsters, mice, rats etc).
Happy for any wall art to go up in the room, using nails fine! I want you to be as comfortable as possible in your room and potential home 🏠
About me - professional 32 year old, with a small dog, i will be travelling with work a bit this year, so i’ll be in and out of the apartment! I’m a bit of a gamer, but love to socialise with friends in the area. ☺️🏳️🌈
Bean is a very excitable frenchieXJackRussell - loves cuddles, kisses, playtime and food! He’s very quiet and loves to look out of the large living room window!
