We are offering two rooms together as a single offering, on a single occupancy basis: room 1 is a double bedroom and room 2 is a private lounge/workspace. Both rooms are on the second floor of a Victorian house overlooking Palmer Park. Both rooms are included in the rent advertised.

Close and quick to get to A329 & M4, and on the main public transport routes into central Reading (10-15 mins), Bracknell (30 mins) and Wokingham (20-30 mins).

You will have private access to the entire second floor of the house, as well as communal access to the bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and garden.

The rooms can come fully furnished/part-furnished.

Who you will be living with:

Me and my partner are professionals aged 31 and 33. We are hybrid workers, doing a mix of working from home and elsewhere. We are active and play sport and go to the gym regularly. We love good food, socialising and travelling, and spend a lot of time with friends and family.

We also have two very friendly and well behaved cats!

Our ideal lodger/housemate is clean and tidy, easy going and respectful.

Rooms are available from February 2025.
