We have a double room on the first floor available.
The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Our rooms always rent quickly so please book in a virtual or face to face viewing to avoid disappointment.

The rest of the property has a large modern kitchen on road parking and a 65ft garden.

Our HMOs are homes away from home. We have a lovely vibe in the house and are looking for one more fantastic tenant to come and rent our double room.

The property is situated in a very quiet area, close to shops and public transport links. 10 mins to Reading town centre via car, bus or train. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away and just a short walk away is, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and parks.

Easy 10-minute access to M4 and the surrounding areas including Newbury, Maidenhead, Heathrow, Henley, Bracknell, Windsor and Slough. Reading to London in 35 minutes via train.

We are very hands-on, friendly landlords who are quick to resolve any maintenance issues (usually within 24hrs) and live nearby (1 mile away)
