NOTE: this room is only available for a maximum stay of 4 nights per week (or can discuss shorter requirements for stay if needed).

This is a luxurious double bedroom in a House share (only two others) with very clean and tidy working professionals. The house is very quiet and only suitable for someone that aligns with our long work/ study environment that seeks a quiet space, it is not a party house. We ideally would like to live with someone that equally values cleanliness and tidiness in shared spaces.

The room is available with a brand new bed (picture to be uploaded soon as the bed shown is the old bed) and pillow top mattress. There are two bedside tables and two lamps. There is a wardrobe with one shelf and large chest of drawers with ample storage.

Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom (with one person) there is a high pressure bath/shower. Theres a really comfortable Dining/ Lounge room with Sky TV and hyper fast broadband of 1000mb provided.

You will be sharing with an owner occupier and one other professional. I am a friendly professional that works in London and is office based 2/3 days a week, I’m 36, female, Irish, easy going and like to chat in the evening but equally like my own space. The other occupant is a friendly professional male working locally as an accountant.

Please note this is not a party house as we work/ study long hours.
