The flat is a 3 minute walk away from the town centre, a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a 25 minute bus ride to the university.

The room comes with a parking space in a private lot.

We will be sharing a kitchen and living room (unpictured).

The kitchen has:
Induction hob
Oven, microwave, kettle
Air fryer
Coffee machine

Council tax and wifi is included.
Utility bills are excluded (billed on 15th of each month, ranging from £70-200 pp depending on season)

Recent graduate whose hobbies include baking, running, hiking, and cinema.
