Single bedroom to rent in town

Hi all;
I have single bedroom to rent in town centre for full employed person.
Currently in house live 3 professionals.

Monthly rent is £450+ utility bills (gas & Electricity)
Parking is available on street (permit required). Deposit is one month rent (£450).

A tenant must pass their passport to property agency to check right to stay in UK, also credit check is required before approving tenancy agreement.

The plan house as following:

Ground floor:
Sitting room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden.

1st floor:
2 single bedrooms ( including this in add)
Bathroom with shower

2nd floor:
Two bedrooms ( rented)
