10 minutes (traffic dependent) into Reading town centre/train station by bus ( 17 and 4/4a) The 17 route operates 24/7 leaving every 7-8 minutes during the day
Nearest bus stop - St Peter’s Road
Connections to Heathrow via RailAir and Elizabeth Line

Shared areas include living room, kitchen/diner, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Looking for a clean and considerate housemate who keeps good household and personal hygiene so the home stays fresh and comfortable for everyone.

This is not a party house but it would be nice to have the odd chat here and there.


Sorry there is no parking due to council restrictions
Strictly no smoking/vaping including the back garden
No overnight guests
