Furnished Single or double Room to rent

I have a furnished single or furnished double room to rent in my family home. Will include bed, wardrobe. As it is a family home I would prefer a female.

I am looking for someone hard working, clean and tidy and not a party animal.

Must be an animal lover as we have a family dog and three cats.

I do have storage space in a large outdoor workshed if required but this can be discussed.

My home is a detached 5 bedroom, 3 story house in Earley. One shared bathroom with electric shower and downstairs toilet. Access to washing machine.

We are around 30 min walk to Earley Station, 40 min walk to Reading University, 10 min walk to Asda and 5 mins from the bus stop.

All bills included including wifi.
