Looking for one other person to share cosy two bedroom property. Double room with washbasin and vanity area. The house includes a pleasant sitting room, separate kitchen and shared bathroom.

The property is about a 9 minute drive to Reading Town centre, with plenty of parking space on driveway. It is also close to very frequent bus services to and from town and about a 5 minute car drive or 11 minute bike ride to Reading University. Junction 11 of the M4 is about a 5 minute drive away.

The house is part-owned by the existing housemate. The second housemate is recently married and moving to share with his new wife.

The property has the benefit of a 'handyman' visit each month, free of charge to the new housemate. He calls in regularly and checks what most needs doing in house or garden.
