En-suite Large Bedroom

We have a large light-filled room on the top floor of our spacious house with an en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished, with a double bed, hanging rail, storage drawers and a desk. Room is well insulated from noise and is also nice and warm. The house in general is a spacious 4-bed and atmosphere is relaxed. Bills are £150 per month (Broadband, Gas & Electricity)

As our Lodger, you'll have shared access to the kitchen, kitchen storage, washing machine, dining room (TV in the dining room) and also use of our large south facing-garden.

We'll consider Long-Term, Short-term lets or 7-day and Mon-Fri long term lodger arrangements.

The house is located in the Southcote area of Reading, with free on road parking.
There are various transport options - Frequent busses into town and Reading main station leave from bus stops on our road or on the bath road (avg. 5-10 mins journey). Also it's a short 10 minute walk to Reading West station for trains to Newbury and West Country.

Ideally we'd prefer professionals or mature students. Someone who is clean, conscientious and communicative.
We will do OpenRent background checks before move in.
