Big detached house share - only 2 tenants

Big detached house in Early near town centre and within walking distance of Reading university. We are sharing 4 bedroom big detached house with a large kitchen and living room, a conservatory, a garden, a garage and storage in a nice and quiet location in RG6.

On the 1st floor you would have access to one double bedroom so big to fit a double bed and a desk, while you will also enjoy extra space downstairs.

The house is partially furnished, while you will need your own bed and basics; however the kitchen has all usual appliances as a microwave, kettle, toaster and a table. Just let me know if you have more questions

You could move in at the beginning of June or flexibly throughout June based on your preference and you would have access to your double room upstairs and a conservatory downstairs where you could set-up a study or home office. Ideally you would be a tidy professional or student. I am a sporty, quiet professional working most of the time and enjoying additional time off when possible, interested in outdoor activities, sports and travel.
