Double room in modern, immaculately kept home with large garden leading down to river frontage on a private road surrounded by woodland, yet only 7 mins walk into Cavershams restaurants and bars. It’s 1.1 miles from Reading Train station with fast trains direct to London running frequently.
House is well maintained with all facilities and equipment you need.
I’m the only other occupant I’m welcoming and friendly but respect privacy and your space.
This is a comfortable quiet relaxing home. .

All bills included, house cleaned daily .
The room can be changed around in that I am happy to add or takeaway any furnishings to your preference for example wardrobes, desk and chair.
