House is well maintained with all facilities and equipment you need.
I’m the only other occupant I’m welcoming and friendly but respect privacy and your space.

All bills included, house cleaned daily .
The room can be changed around in that I am happy to add or takeaway any furnishings to your preference for example wardrobes, desk and chair, TV, or storage.

I currently have a gap year student who leaves in July so room will be available from 15th July.
