House is well maintained with all facilities and equipment you need.
I’m the only other occupant I’m welcoming and friendly but respect privacy and your space.
This is a comfortable quiet relaxing home. .

All bills included, house cleaned daily .
The room can be changed around in that I am happy to add or takeaway any furnishings to your preference for example wardrobes, desk and chair.
