I would like to rent out one of my bedroom in a luxury (very clean and tidy) home. Will be only two people in the house.

The property located in a very quiet area, local shop is for 1 min walking distance, bus stop and local gym 3/4 min walking distance . Buses are coming very often which will make it easy to get to town centre or train station within short period of time .
Rent is 650£/ month , one month deposit required and gas & electricity. Rest of the bills are included.
