We're looking for a new housemate to join our penthouse apartment as our beloved housemate is moving out in September.
We have a double room, with furniture and storage, available in our spacious and friendly apartment.
You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person (me) unfortunately Ed has already taken the en-suite room (unbelievable, I know). The apartment boasts a large, fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing or socialising.
Also we have a great balcony terrace with a BBQ, perfect for those rare sunny days in Reading.
The current housemates (myself and Ed) are both sociable, clean, laid back and drama free, but also appreciate a good spill of the tea.
